Unfortunately as coffee is a perishable product we don’t accept returns unless there is an issue with the quality of the product. As coffee preference is personal we can’t guarantee that each person will enjoy their chosen product so please buy in smaller quantities if you have not tasted the coffee before. We suggest using your beans while fresh, so as to guarantee optimum taste. (Up to 6 weeks from roast date)
We roast our coffee using high quality beans and roasting methods, so there should be no issues with the quality of our coffee. If however you believe there is a serious issue with the quality of the coffee you have received then please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org or the contact page and we will organise a replacement.
