This is a single origin coffee from the Sidamo region in Ethiopia. This coffee has undergone the C02 decaffeination process.
Rich full aroma with chocolate and mild spicey notes. Mild acidity with medium body. Full floral and spicey notes with Earl Grey tea-like notes. Mildly sweet with a clean after-taste.Enjoyed perfectly as an espresso, wonderfully as a cappuccino, and just as good in a Plunger, Dripper or Chemex.
